If you have lost or forgotten your password, you can always request a new password via email with a reset link.
I'm using the control panel
To request a reset link, click here lost-password.
Now a new page will open. Here you enter the e-mail address you have stored on the control panel.Please note that this is the e-mail address with which you registered with easyname.
You can also find the reset page in the login window under Forgot your password?
If you no longer have access to the stored email address, support can help you here and change the email address. For this we ask you to contact us either by email at support@easyname.com or alternatively by phone.
I'm using the Cloudpit
You can find the reset line from Cloudpit in the login window under Forgot your password? or alternatively via this link:Password- lost.
You must enter your customer number/username here in order to send the reset link.
